For Damaged or Broken Products
If your package arrives damaged, please:

For Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please:

Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse picked by our logistics partner. Once the product reaches our facility and is verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your preference.
For Issues Not Related to Damage or Defect
Please note, our products fall under FMCG and consumable categories, and hence we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons like:
